Ingredients needed:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (2 cloves)
- 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, undrained
- 7 ounce jar roasted red sweet peppers, rinsed, drained and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 4 veal loin chops, cut 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds total)

You may want to give Cold Storage a try. They have many types of imported meats including goat’s meat. So you may find nice veal chops there too.
