Here’s an easy Italian pasta to tickle your tastebud – a delicious lasagna! It only takes 25 minutes of your time and will serve up to 4 persons. just the perfect meal for a family lunch.

Ingredients needed:
- 2 cups bottled spaghetti sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 9 ounce refridgerated or frozen cheese or meat-filled ravioli
- 1 egg
- 15 ounce ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (1 ounce)
- 1- ounce frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking method:
- In a pan, combine spaghetti sauce and water and bring the mixture to boil. Stir in the ravioli.
- Cover and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until the ravioli are tender, stirring once to prevent sticking.
- Meanwhile, beat the egg with a fork in a bowl. Stir in the ricotta cheese and the 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
- Dot the ravioli with spinach and spoon the ricotta mixture on top of the spinach.
- Cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until the ricotta layer is set and the pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle individual servings with additional Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
