Calling out to mango lovers! Here’s an extremely easy mango dessert to make to add on a grand finishing touch to your lovely meal. It’s refreshing and delicious and the best part is that it’s so quick to put together! Enjoy this sweet!

This recipe serves 2 and only takes 15 minutes to make.

Ingredients needed:

  • 6 ounce Carton vanilla low fat yogurt
  • 1/4 of an 8 ounce container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
  • 1.5 cups chopped seeded and peeled mango, papaya, peaches or apricots

Cooking method:

  1. Spoon the yogurt into a small now. Fold in the whipped topping.
  2. Spoon 1/4 of the yogurt mixture into 2 parfait glasses.
  3. Top with half of the mango/fruits.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt mixture and mango.

Nutrition facts per serving:

  • 231 calories
  • 6 gram total fat (5 gram saturated fat)
  • 4 milligram cholesterol
  • 59 milligram sodium
  • 32 gram carbo
  • 2 gramĀ fiber
  • 5 gram protein
